I've attended several sessions thus far. His students love him and I can see why. One woman lost 70 pounds and looks very fit. The workouts are hard and you sweat a lot. It could be my imagination but I'm starting to see my muscles again. Some of his students have told me that they've been with him for many years. Another 2 students brought him pickled foods they personally made. The self defense classes which come after the conditioning class are incredibly informative. I wish I had taken this class years ago! I'm a woman and for the first time in my life I felt comfortable walking to my car by myself...and this is only after a few classes! You learn real life techniques. I've been recommending Steve's class to my friends. I'm also impressed with his students. They are all very friendly and very helpful. The instructor himself is very funny, jovial and fit himself.
